Boxing classes for all levels. New to boxing? No worries, we have an Intro class (great for beginners) that'll help you get the fundamentals down. From there you can book Boxing I (great for those with a little knowledge), Boxing Bootcamp (no contact circuit class) or Throw to Flow (boxing circuit + yoga).  Boxing II is an intermediate class with light contact and it is required that you test out of Boxing I before booking. No matter which class you choose, you will pump your cardio and boost your strength.
