We are a hot, sweaty power vinyasa yoga community and we’d love for you to come practice with us! Our classes are designed to help you get stronger both physically and mentally. Each teacher has their own style of flow and fun music that will challenge you and leave you feeling empowered and rejuvenated. Our 4 class styles - Hot Power Vinyasa Flow, Slow Power Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Meditation and Restorative - provide something great for everyone. We also offer a variety of workshops and teacher trainings. We have 2 beautiful and welcoming studios in Cranford and Metuchen NJ each with 2 showers, changing rooms, cubbies for your belongings, blocks and straps available for your use, a boutique with lots of yoga items for sale and rental mats should you need to borrow one for class! Plenty of parking is available - please come early for class to grab your spot and get settled in.
