Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow Yoga combines fluid Sun Salutations and full body stretches at a slower pace - great for beginners and those who want to deepen their flexibility or find relaxation. Expect to repeatedly move between poses and gain both flexibility and strength from this hour long yoga class. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, but thick mats and yoga blocks are available.
