Barre is a group fitness class that incorporates elements of ballet, yoga and Pilates to achieve toned dancer physiques. It is a total body workout that will help you tone and strengthen your muscles. It is low impact so you won't sweat like in a cardio class but believe us you will get a killer workout! Our 6am class is perfect for those clients wanting to workout before work. Please wear no-slip grip socks and arrive 15 minutes early. The doors will be locked during the 6am class so don't be late! We don't want you to miss out on the class. You may also want to bring your yoga mat and water.
