This is a moderately paced practice that connects movement and awareness to breath in a dynamic sequence. Classes may introduce inversions, backbends and arm balances as well as yoga philosophy for students looking to expand their physical practice and deepen their understanding of the many facets of yoga. At All That Matters, we afford our students and teachers the joy of exploration in their classes. Each vinyasa will be unique in its own way- expect some variations of classical postures and flows such as surya namskar (sun salutations) as well less traditional elements such as creative prop use and somatic movements.
