Yang & Yin Yoga

First move through an energetic Vinyasa flow that challenges your body, wakes up your energy, and helps release the day’s built-up tension. Dynamic sequences link breath with movement, building strength, mobility, and focus. Then ease into Yin yoga, slowing down to sink into poses that stretch deep connective tissues and joints. This part of class encourages tension to melt away, the nervous system to quiet, and your body to settle — leaving you grounded, balanced, and present. Pre-book online or call (323) 433-7108.
