In this circuit format you will focus on both muscular strength and endurance through multiple strength stations as well as water rowers. You’ll utilize equipment such as dumbbells, TRX straps, benches, kettlebells, rowers, and more! Indoor workout shoes are required for this class to ensure safety/comfort with all equipment. This class is accessible to all ages and all fitness levels, different options are always offered and available for all exercises!
