Pulse Power cycling classes are strength-based and all about using the power in your legs to get your heart pumping! We’ll use the music as motivation but will also work on things like RPMs (pedal stroke rate), resistance levels and levels of perceived exertion to give you an undeniable confidence-boosting workout.
