Adults No Gi Jiu-Jitsu
The Adults No Gi Jiu-Jitsu class includes drilling repetition of techniques and practical, functional self-defense in plain clothes. Wear pocketless shorts and rash guard or athletic shirt. Classes consist of: Jiu-Jitsu Warm Up: Classes begin with warm up using jiu-jitsu relevant drills. Techniques and Drilling: We then go over 1-4 techniques taught and drilled with the intermediate through the advanced practitioner in mind. Sparring: Sparring exercises to learn how to apply these techniques in a resistance scenario. This is the heart of jiu-jitsu...being able to practically use the techniques.
