Closing the whole thing out with a slightly longer savasana with cool lavender towels and even more Reiki healing energy provided for by Annie O Love . Think POWER into PEACE, the perfect balance to leave you floating off into the rest of your Sunday, heart open and mind clear. No infrared heaters are used in this class but the room is warm and will get warmer during our vin portion of the class.
