This class utilizes weights as well as your own weight for strength, mixing in cardio to get the heart rate up and the blood pumping. It offers an amazing selection of cardio, strength, drills and skills for everyday living. This class is designed for progression, any fitness level encouraged to join. For a multiple fitness class registration discount, you must come to the RHRC office to register.
