As the name implies, this 45-minute dynamic class is intended to be faster paced to get you moving, leaving you feeling energized and focused for your day. Great for those who like to start the day with a positive charge and for moms and dads on-the-go getting the kids off to school and to work. This class will have a short savasana (end rest) to maximize practice time. All levels.
