*AGES 9-13* Foundational progressions focus on critical fundamental movement skills needed to safely advance into sport-specific skills and prevent overuse injuries. Sessions combine 30 minutes of field movement training and 30 minutes of age and developmentally appropriate strength training. Young athletes focus on critical skills of athleticism – agility, balance, coordination and speed.
