
Vinyasa Flow
VINYASA FLOW 60 Minute + 75 Minute Classes Room is Heated 90 Degrees Vinyasa Yoga is an all-levels, beginner-friendly class. Vinyasa is a flow-style practice that emphasizes longer holds of postures, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. This class is the most offered class on our schedule and the most diverse among our skilled teaching staff. Although teachers will approach theming and sequencing differently, every class will offer modifications, invite prop usage, and will be accessible to practioners of all kinds. Teachers will also cue postures in their own ways, allowing you to learn how to move your body mindfully and in exciting new ways. Postures from all the following asana families will be taught in Vinyasa classes: sun salutations, standing poses, balances, twists, backbends, inversions, seated floor postures, supine poses, and relaxation. Every vinyasa class will end in a calm and peaceful savasana.
