CrossFit Preteens
Our Preteens class is for youth ages 10 - 14 years. Although emphasis remains on technique and safety, preteens are ready to learn to use the barbell, lift for strength and bring some intensity to their workouts. Youth new to CrossFit and under 15 years should attend preteens class before transitioning to our teens class. Classes are one hour. Find more information at: www.crossfitkop.com/kids.aspx
