Advanced progressions lay the groundwork for years of competitive, safe, injury-free athletic performance. Sessions combine 30 minutes of field movement training and 30 minutes of age and developmentally appropriate strength training. Sessions focus on proper movement patterns, running mechanics, sport-specific application drills, appropriate loading for strength gains, core strength and joint mobility.
