Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga This class involves a set of postures, practiced more slowly and with more static holds to build strength. Hatha yoga is about finding balance, so the classes generally start on the ground for opening and stretching, then progress to warming of the body with Sun Salutations and standing postures, balancing, and then surrender poses. Students are encouraged to stay mindful and with the breath in every pose. This class is appropriate for all levels especially beginners.
