Professional Movement and Strength (60-90 Minutes Each) Individualized Sports Specific Training designed for advanced collegiate and professional athletes All movement and strength sessions focus on increasing strength through a full range of motion, joint stability and tendon strength in the feet, ankles, knees, hips as well as thoracic, spine and trunk stability and mobility to ensure maximum gains while reducing susceptibility to injury. Movement sessions incorporate linear, curvi-linear, backwards, and lateral movements, vertical and horizontal plyometrics, top end speed mechanics, acceleration, and multi-directional transition mechanics. Strength sessions focus on increasing joint range of motion and stability, core rotational strength and stability, while improving base strength and maximizing power output. In-season and remote programs are also available to allow you to maintain and improve gains, avoid injury and manage the needs of your season.
