An intense hot yoga practice, focused on mobility, stability and strength with a path forward for all skill levels. This class will incorporate the four elements of earth (grounding and stability poses), wind (breath and certain movements), fire (internal heat through intense practice), and water (movement and mobility). This class is a hot class. Room is heated to 105 degrees and temperatures may vary.
