STRONG 30™ is a high intensity interval training class that is driven by the music. It is all perfectly synced so you will push yourself to the max and get the best workout possible. There is no dancing in STRONG 30™. This class is loved by both men and women. Everyone is welcome! Bring water, towel and a yoga mat. If you don't have a mat we have them at the studio.
