Whether you're a fitness novice or a seasoned pro, join our community for a motivating workout that delivers real results and empowers you to conquer new challenges with confidence. Weekly Programming: We believe in progressive overload and periodization to help you achieve incredible strength and an aesthetic look. Each week, we focus on different aspects to keep your workouts exciting and challenging. Here's a glimpse of our programming: * Power, week 1 (low reps, heavy weight, superset compound movements, and pyramid schemes) * Compound Consistency, week 2 (superset compound movements, pyramid schemes, core and secondary exercises) * Perseverance, week 3 (compound and supersets, compound movements, ladders, and/or Olympic lifts) * EPOC, week 4 (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption) ⚠️ Class Sign-Up Policy If you are not signed up for class, are unable to sign up, or are experiencing any issues with registration, please contact a staff member in advance.
