Learn to squat. Fix your squat. Socialize and squat. It can be scary to barbell back squat, especially if you have back problems. Hip, knee, ankle, or shoulder problems. You’ll be safe in this class with mobility moves to start and unilateral training to perfect movement patterns. Come to squat and have the confidence to build that butt! Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class. A late arrival beyond 5 minutes will forfeit your spot in class because missing a warm-up is for your safety. If you do not reschedule and cancel within the 12 hour cancellation policy, your account has been charged as if you had attended. An early cancellation does not issue a refund but the opportunity to reschedule. No refunds. Non-transferable. No additional late fee for no-show.
