COMBO - LEVEL 2

This class blends the best of Reformer, TRX, and Chair to add challenge and variety to your Pilates workout. Challenge your body in new and exciting ways, and enjoy a fresh and fun perspective on your fitness! This class will reveal new layers of awareness, skill, and technique. You'll redefine movement, improve your posture, strength and flexibility - all while enjoying a great workout! Level 2 Students should have completed a minimum of 3 private lessons, or have previous experience attending Level 2 Reformer classes. Skills required: setting up own equipment, ability to safely transition for lying, seated, and standing on Reformer. Pre-requisites include Reformer Level 1: 100, Stomach Massage, Short Box, Elephant, Knee Stretches, Frog & Leg Circles, Bridging, and Lunges.
