Hot Hatha Yoga is a fun, dynamic, and challenging workout designed to systematically work every muscle, ligament, tendon, organ, gland, cell, and joint in the body. It builds strength, flexibility and balance, and increases the cardiovascular and circulatory systems, while toning the muscles of the body. This 60 minute class based on traditional hatha yoga asanas consists of a set series of postures and breathing exercises. In addition to building strength through elongation and extension of muscles, it detoxifies and tones the internal organs through compressions focused on the body’s key organs for elimination of waste and toxins. This yoga cleanses from the inside out and is accessible to all. It is a tremendously powerful and healing yoga and is especially beneficial to those with illnesses and ailments. What to bring: Your own yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. No Mat Rentals or Borrows. When to arrive: At least 10 minutes before class begins. No Late Arrivals Allowed.
