Root to Blossom Vinyasa Flow
Root to Blossom is a moderately paced, uplifting Vinyasa practice emphasizing the connection between breath and sequence to promote flexibility, strength and balance. Fluid, graceful movement meets mindful transitions with a strong focus on intentional breathing to encourage internal balance and ease within the body. All levels are welcome, and modifications are available and encouraged, however a reasonable level of fitness/mobility is appropriate for this practice.
