Barre combines small isometric movements to slim and tone the body. The version of barre that is taught at Raise Your Barre is unique to the studio. Our barre classes are easy to follow and absolutely geared towards women of all ages and levels of physical fitness. Barre is also safe during pregnancy as long as you are cleared to exercise by your medical doctor. Please do notify the instructor prior to class if you are expecting. We utilize a ballet barre for support, 3lb hand weights to define those arms, and a yoga mat for all abdominal, seat, and stretching work.
