Late Policy There is a maximum of 10 minutes late policy . If arrived 10 minutes after class started, you will be turned away and your reservation will be forfeited . Cancellation Policy Clients must cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time to avoid late cancellation fees and return your credit back to your account. If you cancel class less than 12 hours prior to class time, your class will be forfeited AND you will be charged $10 to the card on file . Please cancel only via the Curv’d Studio app, website, or Mindbody. We don't accept cancellations by phone or email. No Show Policy Single/Package Classes and 8-12 Classes a Month Autopays - If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, your class credit will still be deducted from your account and a $20 fee will be charged to the card on file. Unlimited Memberships - If you do not show to the class and do not cancel, a $25 fee will be charged to the card on file.
