Warm Power Flow

Rooted in the sequence style of Ashtanga and Baptiste yoga, Warm Power Flow follows the same methodical structure of : warm-up, Sun A, Sun B, core strengthening, and deliberate standing sequences that lead to peak poses to prime you for seated series/backbends and finally.... shavasana. If that makes no sense...that's ok! You will have opportunity to flow, strengthen and build flexibility in a tried and true sequence that touches everywhere while increasing the muscles of respiration and concentration. The room is infrared heated around 90 and can get quite humid to increase the challenge on focus, stamina, and cleansing. This class is appropriate for those with some prior flow practice and willingness to learn.
