This beginner-friendly Mat Pilates class is designed to build a strong foundation in core strength, posture, and flexibility. In a supportive small group setting, you'll learn the fundamentals of Pilates, including proper breathing techniques, alignment, and controlled movement. With a maximum of 10 participants, you'll receive personalized attention to ensure proper form and help you progress safely and confidently. This class is perfect for those new to Pilates or returning after a break. Cancellation Policy All purchases are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your reservation, you will have 30 days from the original booking date to use your package. After 30 days, any unused sessions will expire. Late Arrival Policy To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience for all clients, please note that if you arrive more than 5 minutes after class has started, we will not be able to allow you into the session. Late arrivals are disruptive to the flow of class and to the experience of others. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Grip socks are required for all classes. If you don’t have a pair, we have some available for purchase. Extra guests and walk-ins are not permitted. All attendees must be pre-registered.
