Open Gym is a time for you to come in and work your own program. Work on a skill that you've been wanting to try but don't want everyone looking at you. Hop on the rower for 20 minutes without feeling like someone is waiting for it. Do some barbell work. Pull out the mats and do some gymnastics work without pressure. And, if you want to come in but don't know where to start, we'll have suggestions on the white board for you!
