Reformer Fundamentals is an all level class designed for clients in the beginning stages, still learning fundamental exercises and principles. It is also great for the Intermediate / Advanced client who wants to review their technique and perform classical pilates exercises on a deeper level. The class will be taught at a slower but moderate pace with emphasis on form, modifications and progressions. Private training is recommended for clients who are brand new to Pilates, have complex injuries/ conditions or who have chronic pain. Please email us with any questions. *Grip socks required. Reservations required. 24 Hour late cancellation policy.
