Sun salutations and poses are taught with variations to meet you where you are. Moving at a slower pace will give you the opportunity to understand transitions and learn each pose using props to assist you. This class will challenge you by focusing on dynamic stretching with explanation of the importance of muscle engagement to help strengthen your body for everyday life. Clear instruction will be given with both visual and verbal cues to guide you in your practice every step of the way. This class is a good place to begin as it can provide a great foundation to understanding the poses and building strength to seamlessly transition to other classes if you choose. Perfect for all levels. **Especially for the beginning yogi, starting your journey who may feel intimidated to walk into a yoga class. This class has a warm and welcoming vibe that embraces you and will make you feel comfortable to attend.
