Reformer is a piece of resistance equipment designed for Pilates. Resistance is provided by your body weight and/or springs. You will be training your body in so many different ways to help with strength, flexibility, balance and cardio. Reformer classes are small, therefore it's like personal training without the cost. Reformers have been used for Rehabilitation and Athletic Conditioning. This class is for all ages, body types and fitness levels. Introductory one-on-one session is required for this class.
