Beginning Strength Training is for people who are just starting their strength training experience or have had less than a year of experience with this type of exercise. Body weight and weighted exercises will be used. Must be able to get up and down from the floor. This is not a seated class. 2025 Senior Membership is not required for this activity. No class 7/2.
