Converting our Reformers into Tower allows you to benefit from the Cadillac on a smaller scale. Flowing between Pilates Mat exercises and Tower spring attachments to support or challenge traditional Pilates exercises. The angle of pull on the springs allows you to work on spinal mobility and progressing moves with the assistance of the springs, while giving an incredible stretch. Equipment used: Tower, Mat, and other Pilates props. 50 minute class
