For you to be able to go through. God is the owner of this planet. You are not. Stay as He keeps you. And God shall come through. Whatever is, is Karma. Bad and good is Karma. Dharma is to go through it. That’s Dharma. Dharma is not something which is special defined by Jesus Christ, by Guru Nanak, by Buddha. Dharma is when Karma hits, go through it like a person of grace. That is Dharma.

Infinite Space NYC is a home for exploration, experience, and learning. We believe experience is everything. At the heart of our offerings is Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, a comprehensive practice combining meditation, mantra, physical exercises, and breathwork. Unlike most forms of yoga traditionally taught in the U.S., every Kundalini Yoga class follows a recognizable rhythm that includes tuning in with the Adi Mantra, pranayam or warm-up, kriya, relaxation, meditation, and closing with the blessing song, “May the Long Time Sun Shine Upon You.” Kriyas are complete sets of exercises given in specific sequences. They range from simple to dynamic, often incorporating vigorous movement, breathwork (like Breath of Fire), chanting, and postural holds that strengthen the nervous and endocrine systems and challenge the ego. You may twist, jump, bend, wiggle, sing, and even hold your arms up for 11 minutes. Most classes include the healing resonance of the gong. At Infinite Space NYC, we embrace this practice as a gateway to self-creation, an unfolding of presence, devotion, and sacred discipline. Beyond physical movement, it is a path of deep transformation, where will meets mystery, and individual evolution aligns with the collective journey.
