With no set structure or instructor, Open Gym allows individuals to tailor their fitness routine based on personal goals, whether it’s strength training, cardio, or skill work. Staff may be available for assistance, and safety protocols are encouraged to ensure a productive and enjoyable workout experience. Ideal for those looking for independence in their fitness routine. NOTE: Their are some OPEN GYM hours when we have classes running. Classes will have priority of gym equipment when in session
