Heated Immersion

A dynamic and challenging class serving those looking to deepen their yoga practice. Students explore their personal and physical edge—as well as self-awareness and intention. Some yoga experience is helpful, as this class focuses on refinement and precision in both body and mind. This class is done in a room heated to between 86-90 degrees. The heat encourages greater flexibility and detoxification. Yoga experience is necessary, and students are asked to bring a towel, mat and water.
