In addition to movement practices, pranayama (breath control) and meditation are powerful tools to awaken and balance the subtle body. This class begins with safe, guided breathwork, followed by lightly led meditation with space for silence and individual exploration. Whether you’re beginning a meditation or breathwork practice, or deepening an existing one, this class offers the opportunity to cultivate presence in a supportive community. Open to all. Class is 30 minutes long.
