Have you been curious or confused on how a Mysore class works but wanted to try? If so, this class is for you. Learn the fundamental postures of Ashtanga yoga so you feel comfortable and confident to come and practice Mysore style with us. In your first class you will learn sun salutations A&B and a short closing sequence. Durning this first month more postures with be added as you retain a portion of the Ashtanga sequence by memory. A teacher will be there to guide, assist, adjust and answer any questions you have during class. Once the foundations of these postures are established, you will be prepared to come to practice any time Mysore classes are offered on our schedule. No experience needed. All levels are welcome.
