Hot power yoga is a challenging, fun yoga practice which utilizes a dynamic combination of strength, flexibility, stabilization, stamina, cardio, and concentration. The series is comprised of several asanas in a sequence designed to soothe and invigorate the nervous system, balance hormones, build cardiovascular strength and stamina, and improve the digestive and elimination systems. This flowing practice heals and detoxifies the body, and brings harmony to the mind, body and spirit. Hot power yoga is an amazing form of fitness that sculpts and tones the muscles and builds strong healthy bodies. What to bring: Your own yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. No Mat Rentals or Borrows. When to arrive: At least 10 minutes before class begins. No Late Arrivals Allowed.
