This is a beginner series hatha yoga class, also called Bikram Yoga, 26 and 2 or The Original Hot Yoga. It consists of a series of twenty-six postures and two breathing exercises (26 and 2), it is scientifically designed to deliver benefits such as total health through the balancing of every system in the body, illness and injury prevention, weight loss, increased mental clarity, and reduced stress, while limiting the effects of aging.
