Yoga for Healthy Aging offers a dynamic yoga practice consisting of seated and standing postures. Combining knowledge of physical therapy and accessible yoga, classes focus on individuals’ needs, safety, and sustainability. Yoga is a great way to improve and maintain strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and a sense of well-being as we move through life’s journey.
