YOGA FOR EVERY BODY - Are you curious about yoga? Have you wanted to try a class, but weren’t sure what to expect? Yoga is much more than athletic poses for super flexible bodies! Everyone can experience the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits of yoga regardless of age, race, size, physical ability, health, or other factors. In this class, we will explore a variety of yoga poses and use chairs, blocks, straps, and other props to help make them accessible to all students. The class can be done seated in a chair the entire time or a combination of seated on the mat and standing. We take plenty of time to move into and out of poses, and multiple options are offered for each pose so that everyone has a chance to “find their yoga.”
