Thursday Evening: Grounding Hatha Flow Unwind and reconnect with a moderately-paced hatha yoga class that emphasizes floor-based poses and longer holds. This session blends restorative practices, Pilates-inspired movements, and mobility work to help release tension and promote relaxation. The class focuses on alignment and mindful breathing, ending with soothing breathing techniques and a deeply restorative savasana.
