Karma Basics
This class is perfect for beginners and students that like to move at a slower more mindful pace. This class will be heavily cued, to guide students in and out of classic yoga poses (asana-s) giving you a chance to get acquainted with pose names, shapes and how they feel in your body. You will be introduced to yoga breathing and there will be a relaxation (savasana) at the end of class. Props encouraged and used for comfort. 60 minute class
