RD1 Fitness is part of a new trend “Gym Boutique” Group training expert, focused on great coaching quality, to provide motivation, options, and correction if necessary, during the training session and/or after. All programs are offered on a weekly basis. The workouts are approximately 50 minutes. RD1 programs are designed to enhance lean muscle, shred body fat, athleticism, injuries prevention, slow down arthritis, body mechanism, functionality, all while working on stress management in a fun and motivational workout session. Our primary program, Strength and Conditioning, is a Cross-Training format workout.
