Matte is a full body conditioning class set to a killer playlist. We will combine dynamic movements to get the heart rate up with small controlled movements to stabilize & strengthen the entire body. We end with a sweet stretch to balance. This entire class is still zero impact and done with light weights, resistance bands or using your own body weight. Class is 45 min long
