This class covers all of the intermediate level Pilates exercises on the Reformer & Matt. You must have a strong foundational level Pilates practice and Instructor permission to join. A challenging workout that will make you feel strong from the inside out. This class involves weight bearing exercises - please make sure you are comfortable holding a plank before trying this class. Must be approved by teacher to be in class!
