Sick of steady state cardio? This Tuesday cardio class is like no other. Our method will challenge you to push to limits you didn't even know you had. Our massive studio gives us the opportunity to challenge members with everything from rowers, treadmills, and assault bikes to treadmills and bodyweight exercises. With 3,000 square feet of turf you will be pushing sleds, throwing medicine balls, doing box jumps and so much more.
